Our Story

Our journey began with a simple yet profound desire: to bring people together and create a sense of community. As someone who moved to Australia from another country, I spent ten years searching for a place to call home. This quest for belonging and connection inspired me to share experiences that could help others with their mental health and offer opportunities to meet new friends.

Through my search, I discovered the incredible power of cacao ceremonies. These ceremonies became a way to integrate the personal habits and tools that helped me overcome suicide and improve my mental health. I did my facilitator training with a team of people from Peru who designed the program, integrating all the rich traditions and culture of Peru into the training. Drinking cacao every morning became a beautiful habit and a form of medicine for me, opening my heart and helping me understand who I am.

This practice not only enriched my life but also created opportunities for others to connect with their hearts and build a sense of community. Recognizing the profound impact cacao had on my life, I decided to source my own ceremonial-grade cacao directly from Peru. My goal was to provide an easy and accessible way for people to experience the heart-opening magic of ceremonial cacao. By shaving the cacao down, we made it simple for anyone to prepare a warm, delicious, and transformative drink.
